Đổi mới và Sáng tạo đang được Chính phủ Nhà nước Việt Nam cũng các doanh nghiệp & người dân đặc biệt quan tâm. Những vấn đề về Đổi Mới và Khởi nghiệp được Chính Phủ khuyến khích ủng hộ và cố gắng tạo lập môi trường để phát triển. Nhiều Hội thảo cũng như các hoạt động được hướng dẫn tạo lập môi trường & hệ sinh thái Đổi mới & sáng tạo được diễn ra liên tục trong một năm. Trong Luật đầu tư được ban hành mới nhất của Việt Nam, những ngành mang tính ứng dụng hoạt động công nghệ cao, hay các hoạt động nghiên cứu & phat triển, sản xuất được hình thành từ kết quả khoa học & công nghệ...cũng đã được nêu rõ là những ngành, nghề được ưu đãi đầu tư....

Innovation and creativity are being paid special attention by the Government of Vietnam as well as enterprises & people. The issues of Innovation and Entrepreneurship are encouraged by the Government to support and try to create an environment for development. Many workshops as well as guided activities to create an Innovation & Creativity environment & platform are held continuously in a year. In Vietnam's latest promulgated Investment Law, industries with the application of high-tech activities, or research & development (R&D), and production activities are formed from scientific & technological results, etc.. has also been specified as the industries and professions eligible for investment incentives, etc.
